Order Processing and Dispatch Times

We strive to make and dispatch most orders within 24 hours of receiving them (excluding weekends and bank holidays).  

In rare cases, such as during periods of high demand or unexpected staff shortages, dispatch may take up to 48 hours. We appreciate your understanding and will always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.  

Domestic shipping (UK)

Orders weighing 1kg or less will be shipped via Parcel Force or Royal Mail, depending on the destination and service availability. Orders weighing over 1kg will be shipped using DHL for efficient delivery.

We offer shipping to worldwide via Parcel Force, ensuring dependable delivery.

Returns​

If you decide you have changed your mind about the order you can return it within 14 days subject to a restocking fee. Items made to order fall under the 14 days return policy. Items must be in the original packaging and un used in the condition they are dispatched in.
